Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide the daily activities of the sales team
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular coaching and feedback
• Analyze sales metrics and generate reports for management
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure alignment and efficiency
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
